The Centre for Outreach and Digital Education at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras is currently accepting applications for its new set of courses. These executive education programs are designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals seeking to upgrade their profiles.
The registration deadline for these courses is June 20, and the program will commence on July 1. In an effort to reach individuals across the country, the courses will be conducted online.
The six-month executive education courses cover a range of subjects, including Construction Technology and Management, eMobility and Electric Vehicle Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain Analytics for Strategic Decision Making, Quantum Computing, and Additive Manufacturing Technologies for Practicing Engineers.
In addition to online lectures, the programs offer live interactions with industry professionals and weekly assignments. The eMobility and Electric Vehicle Engineering course focuses on introducing fundamental concepts and practical applications related to electric vehicles and related technologies.
The completion certificate for the first cohort was distributed on April 29, and the second cohort is currently underway. Registration for the third cohort is now open.
Courses such as Quantum Computing and Supply Chain Analytics for Strategic Decision Making provide participants with practical concepts to support their decision-making processes. The Additive Manufacturing course equips working engineers with fundamental knowledge of various additive manufacturing methodologies and demonstrates how this knowledge can enhance the commercial viability of existing additive manufacturing technologies.
